At Brooks, we don’t have our own store locations. Instead, we work with authorized resellers who care just as much about our shoes and apparel as we do. They commit to our highest standards and will be happy to offer the same premium Brooks experience as we would offer. This means in the unlikely case of something going wrong with your Brooks, you would contact your reseller instead of reaching out to us. We have agreements in place with our resellers, and we don’t want to take business away from the local running shops in your community. They should offer the same 90-day ‘Run Happy Promise’ for you to make sure your new Brooks are just right.
