Finding The Right Fit
If you’re starting from scratch, it can be very helpful to get into your local run specialty store where a Fit Expert can help you find the best fit for you. Our Store Locator can be a great tool to find local options near you.
For folks who don’t have access to a local store, or who are more comfortable exploring options on their own, we offer some online resources that can be of help: Bra Fit Guide.
Sister Sizes
Every body is different, and sometimes even the same body has different needs now and again. Because of this, sizing is sometimes challenging to pin down. It’s important to keep in mind that sizing is just a number and a letter. The overall experience is what matters and, for some, opting for what is known as a “sister size” can help achieve the best fit when your ordinary size isn’t working the way you want.
The goal of a sister size is to find the right cup volume for your needs, matched with your preferred band feel. To find your sister size, you go up in band and down in cup—if you don’t like a tight band—or vice versa: up in cup size, down in band size if you love a snug fit through the band. This adjusts the fit but allows the cups to hold the same volume of breast tissue. For example, even though they have the same letters, 32DD and 38DD are completely different in cup volume. But a 34C is the same volume as a 36B or a 32D.
Our Run Happy Promise
Put your bra to the test and make sure the fit and support are right for you. If you forget you’re testing the support of the bra by the time your run is over, you’ll know it’s a good fit. To help support our runners as they search for their perfect fit, we offer a 90-day return policy as a part of our Run Happy Promise – the promise that you'll love your gear, and if you don’t, we will take it back for 90 days after purchase, even if it has been used.
