What you need:

• piece of paper 
• pencil 
• ruler 
• straight wall

1. Prepare Your Paper
Place the paper flat on the floor against the wall.

2. Place Your Foot
If you are wearing shoes, take off your shoe and sock on one foot.
Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall and your toes pointing forward.

3. Trace Your Foot
Hold the pencil straight up and carefully trace the length of your foot: from the top  
of your longest toe to the base of your heel in centimeters.

4. Measure Your Foot Length
Take the paper and place it on a table or another flat surface.
Use the ruler to measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe in centimeters.
Write down this number—this is your foot length!
