When used for its intended purpose (running or walking), Brooks footwear has a life expectancy of 300 to 500 miles. Sports bras and apparel products have a life expectancy of about 12 months and are tested for up to 50 washes and 50 dries. A product that has problems after this time frame would generally not be considered defective.
