Generally, the return and refund process can take up to 14 days. Returned goods may take up to 7 days to reach our warehouse in Germany. Please note, we will only email you once the refund has been processed.

Also, we would advise keeping hold of the post office receipt when returning an order to us as proof, and you can track your parcel using the code provided on the receipt.

You can track your return using the tracking number provided by your carrier. Once your return reaches our warehouse, we perform a quality check within 5 business days. You’ll receive an email once your refund is initiated.

Refunds vary depending on your payment method:

• For credit or debit card payments, refunds take up to 7-10 business days after processing at the warehouse.
• For PayPal payments, refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after processing at the warehouse.
