If you wish to return your order to us, then please go to the Returns Center and generate a free returns label.
Follow the instructions listed in the "Your return shipping label" email to return your parcel. Please note that the return is free of charge, so no additional postage costs or insurance is required. You can track your returned parcel by using the tracking code provided on the AnPost, PostNL, Swiss Post, PostNord or DHL receipt. Also, you may track your return through the Returns Center.
