You can start a return and generate your return label directly from your My Account page, or follow these steps below:

Visit the Returns Center:
Go to the Brooks Running Returns Center and make sure the flag for the country where you placed your order is correctly set.- If you're on desktop, you can change the country flag in the top right corner of the page.
- If you're on mobile, click the menu icon in the top right corner, then change the country flag in the bottom left corner of the menu.

Start Your Return:
Enter your order number and email address to start the return process. -
Select Items to Return:
Tick the checkbox next to the item(s) you wish to return and choose the reason for your return. -
Generate and Download Your Return Label:
Once you’ve completed these steps, click to create your return label. You can download and print the label directly from the page. Additionally, we’ll send your return shipping label to your email address.
